EMPLOYEE BENEFITS COMMITTEE

Charge:

In a timely manner to review and make recommendations regarding all current and future university benefit programs. The Committee will cooperate with the Chancellor’s Ad Hoc Committee on Fringe Benefits in communicating with faculty and staff and to advise the Ad Hoc Committee of special needs and procedures regarding the various benefit programs of the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Meetings to be held at least once each semester, with a report made by the Chair of the Committee to the Vice President for Finance and Administration by the end of the fiscal year. This report, with copies to each Committee member and the Faculty and Staff Senates, will summarize the issues studied, along with recommendations made for the next fiscal year.
