WHEREAS, Rules and regulations have been established for the realignment of academic units at UAHuntsville, which are SR08/09-08, SR08/09-09 and SR08/09-10;

and

WHEREAS, These rules and regulations have been accepted and passed by the Facutly Senate of UAHuntsville in April and May of 2009;

and

WHEREAS, Major decisions affecting the university community are based on the foundation of shared governance;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED

That the administration shall follow these rules and regulations previously set forth and passed by the senate in all current and future instances, including the current external review, that may call for or suggest actions of realignment.
