  4. Suspension of Business for caucus of Senate Committees to Elect Chairs for 1998/99.
  5. Reconvene for report on election of Chairs for Senate Committees for 1998/99
  6. Adjourn

NOTE: ALL Senators (continuing, departing and newly-elected) MUST attend this meeting. This is a joint meeting. PLEASE make every effort to attend this meeting. Choosing the Committees and Committee Chairs is VERY important since these individuals play an important role in developing and establishing policy that affects all faculty. If you cannot attend PLEASE give your proxy to someone who WILL attend.
