Keep Calm and Rock On is UAH Counseling Center’s Painted Rock Project, intended to help spread joy and positivity across our beautiful campus.  Students, faculty, and staff can join us to paint a rock with positive messages and beautiful images.  When everyone has had a chance to finish painting their rocks, Counseling Center staff will hide them throughout campus.  Be on the lookout between classes and when you find a painted rock, connect with us on social media by sharing a picture with the rock’s unique hashtag and tagging the UAH Counseling Center.  Then re-hide the rock to bring a little joy to the next person who finds it.  Make sure to check back often to see if your rock has been found and where it will wind up next!
