Summer program presentation for adults 50+ "Smithsonian Picturing America" (course number C61M1715).

Explore America's stories through a highly interactive, artwork-driven video conferences. Begin the four-part series with a review of the language of art, focusing on analysis, interpretation, and critique. Move on to Early America to learn how Americans transformed themselves from colonists to citizens. Wars at Home and Abroad will cover the Civil War through WWII. Contemporary Life art features the transformation of Americans entering the post-War era.

All classes will be held on the UAH campus. REGISTER EARLY! Seating is limited and on a first-come basis.
