International Traffic in Arms and Export Administration Act: Why it Matters to UAH
presented by
Mr. Ariel Leinwand, Special Agent Bureau Of Industry and Security Office (BIS), Office of Export Enforcement

The intent of this presentation is to give UAH faculty, staff and students an overview of ITAR and Export Control laws and regulations, and to explore its importance at PhD-granting research universities such as UAH. This presentation would benefit both U.S. Citizens and foreign nationals. Attendees of this presentation will receive credit for their required annual export training.  For those individuals with personnel security clearances this will also count as their required annual refresher security training.
