Parking
Parking is available in lots adjacent to the University Center, Roberts Hall and other areas. Signage will be provided to direct visitors to parking areas.
Families and Guests
Because of the limited seating in Spragins Hall, it will be necessary to issue tickets for guest seating. Tickets will be available for pick up from December 1 until December 11, 2009 for those candidates who have confirmed with the Registrar's Office no later than October 21 that they are participating in spring commencement.
Photography
The Commencement Committee has arranged to have ZAP Photography at the ceremony to take high quality photographs of the graduates receiving their diplomas. Proofs will be sent to each graduate within seven days after Commencement. There is no obligation to purchase the finished prints. If graduates order photographs, the prints will be delivered within thirty days or the deadline printed on the order card. If you choose to purchase a print, the cost for 5x7 color prints is $5.95 each. They may also wish to purchase an 8x10 in a folder for $11.95. If graduates do not want to purchase prints, they may keep the proof provided to them at no cost. ZAP Photography is the only photographer authorized by the University to sell photographs to the graduates.
PLEASE NOTE that to preserve the dignity of the ceremony, members of the audience are not allowed to come up to the stage to take pictures. Each graduate will have the opportunity to purchase prints from ZAP Photography.
