Engineering Summer Camp 2013

UAHuntsville Engineering Summer Camp will be held July 22-26, 2013.  Registration is underway!

We welcome rising 10th and 11th graders to join UAH faculty, staff and students for a week of Engineering activities.  We call this camp Engineering 360o - because each student will be exposed to the complete Engineering cycle from design to manufacture to test and all stages in between.  Students will be exposed to a variety of engineering disciplines including aerospace, chemical, civil, computer, electrical, industrial, mechanical and optical engineering.  The activities are designed to be hands-on and challenging for all levels and allow for some friendly camper competitions.  Students will be able to take some of their work with them as well.

The Engineering 360o experience costs $400 per camper which includes a T-shirt, a bag, all project materials, and a lunch and snack daily.  Scholarships are available (see application form for details).  The camp is limited to 25 students.  Please see the links below for further information.  If you would like to speak with someone directly, please call 256.824.6877.

Out-of-town campers can stay in the UAH dormitories for an additional fee.  Please call Jacob Kerstiens at 256.824.6877 for information and to register.
