Pre-Production/Post-Production Technical Staff

Our Pre-/Post-Production staff assist with video and audio content management on the front- and back-end of production. This includes content management suite design for lecture capture accounts, DL student assistance, content distribution (delayed streaming scheduling and hard copy production), as well as semester close-out procedures. They also field technical calls to the DL Student Helpdesk.

Distance Learning Technical Assistants (Videographers)

Our distance learning technical assistants provide faculty with DL room set up and assist faculty and students throughout the lecture capture process, as well as assist with videoconferencing classroom management. DLTA's also provide support to UAH faculty, staff, and students on special events that fall outside of the academic class range.
