Dr. Maria Pour

Assistant Professor, Electrical & Computer Engineering

Biography

Dr. Pour’s research interests are in the areas of antennas, applied electromagnetics, and remote sensing. Prior to joining the University of Alabama in Huntsville in the fall of 2015, she was a research associate and assistant director with the antenna laboratory at the University of Manitoba, Canada. She also worked as a radio frequency design engineer for six years before her graduate studies. She has co-authored 5 book chapters and has published over 40 journal articles and conference papers.
