7.2.6 Disorderly or Indecent Conduct

  1. Conduct that is disorderly or that breaches the peace on or off campus. The essential element to such conduct shall be an intentional causing of or recklessly creating a risk of inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm without proper authority.

  2. Procuring, inducing, or causing another person to commit an act of misconduct or assisting another person in the commission of such act.

  3. The intentional communication of information about a person, known to be false and damaging to that person’s reputation, to one or more members of the community, in the absence of a legally recognized privilege.

  4. Any unauthorized use of electronic or other devices to make an audio or video record of any person without his/her prior knowledge, or without his/her effective consent when such a recording is likely to cause injury or distress.
