The continued success of the Cooperative Education Program depends largely on feedback provided by our co-op graduates. We ask that each former co-op student complete a Graduate Exit Survey during their final school semester. To complete the form follow these simple steps:

1. Notify the coop office the semester you plan to graduate.
2. Login to your Charger Path account.
3. Select the Graduate Exit Survey at the top of the page.
4. Click 'Finalize' at the bottom of the screen to submit the form.
