Affiliations & Standards
The University of Alabama in Huntsville Cooperative Education Program complies with the standards of national Cooperative Education organizations. Cooperative Education is a nationally recognized program. All students who enter the UAH Co-op Program must comply with UAH Co-op standards. These standards include completion of a formalized schedule of college coursework and work experiences. The work experiences must be a minimum of one calendar year in length, progressive in responsibilities, monitored by the Co-op Office, and related to the student's academic and career goals. Student job performance is evaluated and completion of academic coursework is monitored.

Cooperative Education Division
The UAH the Co-op Program shares and supports the mission of Cooperative Education Division (CED) of the Amrecian Society for Engineering Education, which strives to develop high principles and maintain the integrity of Cooperative Education throughout academia and industry.
