Bette Yeager, award-winning performer in such plays as Crimes of the Heart, Noises Off, Steel Magnolias, Cloud 9, Shirley Valentine, and Terra Nova, has now created a stunning original play, Women Great of Heart. Rave reviews of her own dynamic adaptation of A Room of One’s Own, combined with Yeager’s personal search for the stories of unknown women, led to the creation of Women Great of Heart.
Bette Yeager has studied acting at Shakespeare and Company in Lennox, Massachusetts, with Tom Capps from Los Angeles, and with Ron Harris in Huntsville, Alabama. She teaches at Randolph School in Huntsville, AL. Ms. Yeager wishes to give special thanks to Elizabeth Perry, Ron Harris, and Rose Norman for their unwavering belief in this project.
