Dr. Rountree teaches courses in rhetorical theory, political communication,
argumentation and debate, business and professional communication, public
speaking, and women orators. His Woman Orators course
examines the public oratory of women involved in a variety of social movements
in the United States, including abolition, women's rights, women's suffrage,
temperance, and the anti-lynching movement.
