Who is eligible to apply?

Women, aged 18 years and older, who:

Currently are participating in a degree program at an accredited college, university or licensed technical institute within the U.S. that is authorized to confer a minimum of a 2-year degree

Are maintaining a Grade Point Average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale (or an equivalent average
