- If you feel ill, please stay home and remain there until your
temperature has returned to normal for at last 24 hours without the use
of Tylenol or Aspirin.
- Every means possible will be made to accommodate any work missed
during your illness.
- The medical community is discouraging people from going to the
doctor unless absolutely necessary to prevent the spread of H1N1.
However, see below.
- The university will not be testing students who have symptoms of
any illness to confirm that it is H1N1.
- If you miss class for health-related reasons, please keep me
informed as early as possible by e-mail (meisterp@uah.edu) or telephone
(824-2347), and mention it again in person the next time you are able
to come to class.
- You do not need a doctor's excuse.
- Wherever these UAHuntsville guidelines and the attendance policy
in our course syllabus seem incompatible with each other, UAHuntsville
guidelines take precedence over the guidelines in our syllabus.
