Michael Brodeur

Artist Michael Brodeur, of Furman University in South Carolina, opens his show of paintings in the Union Grove Gallery August 20, from 1 to 2:30 pm. Brodeur, who studied with the famed Philip Guston in the 1970s, is a master of the subtle still-life.

The Union Grove Gallery will be open most weekday afternoons from 12:30 to 4:30, or by appointment with the Art Dept. at 824.6114.

Brodeur's paintings will be on view from August 20 through September 13.
