Early in the section (page 84 in my book) they reference jive and the power of the written word. Why are these important forms of communication?

Why are they in Istanbul?

What do we find out about the connection between Wintermute and Armitage?

Who is Riviera? Why is he introduced into the story? What can he do? How do people feel about him?

What is Dix/the construct?

What is Zion?

How do the Zionists feel about Molly?

What flatlined Dixie? How does this connect to the story?

How and where can Wintermute manifest itself?

How would you describe Wintermute and its capabilities? What can't it do?

What is the function of the Turing police? Why are they involved in the story?

Near the end of the section what happens to Case and Molly? What is the fallout of their actions?

In addition to these questions think about how you would describe the plot up to where you read in a short paragraph.
