ENTERPRISE SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYSIS AND LOGISTICS ENGINE |
SUMMARY |
E-SCALE is a new end-to-end supply chain metrics suite currently under development for the Army Materiel Command (AMC) that can integrate disparate data systems into a single Supply Chain Performance Visualization Tool (Dashboard) for analysis and reporting. The goal is to provide information to all levels of AMC supply chain management, from senior leadership to item managers, enabling all to more effectively manage the Army’s supply chain.

In conjunction with the Center for System Studies, the IELab is conducting an intensive market research study into the future of the space industry. The purpose of this study will be to understand the key performance metrics and market conditions that would allow the sponsor to achieve significant growth in the space market, and plan proactive strategies for the sponsor’s space business that will realize maximum value in these conditions.
