Human Resources Information Systems Services

Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Services' team is responsible for the development and maintenance of human resource management information; coordinates the I-9 Employment Eligibility and E-Verify process; and coordinates the University's annual salary notification process to the University personnel for the new fiscal year.  HRIS currently uses the Banner HR system for electronic personnel actions for new appointments, employment status changes, and assisgnments.  HRIS uses ARGOS system to retrieve statistical reports, salary studies, and other reports to be utilized by management in developing overall University goals and strategic plans.
