Look at your employment history beginning with your most current job and moving back in time. Collect the name, location (city and state), and dates of the employer. Do this for each position you have held.

* What was your job title?
* What were your duties?
* What did you gain from this job that would help you with the job you are seeking?
* Did you earn any honors or awards?
