Using Miscellaneous Vouchers

Miscellaneous Voucher Reimbursement should be used only when the normal procurement process cannot be followed.

Miscellaneous Voucher Reimbursement – In order to ensure compliance with Federal and State Laws and the Alabama State Bid Law, UAH does not permit the purchase of the following with personal funds and subsequent reimbursement:

• Equipment
• Computers
• Computer peripherals
• Items requiring prior University approval
