Welcome to Central Receiving and Shipping, Inventory Control, and Mail Services. These units within Business Services play a vital role in the day-to-day operations at UAHuntsville. A wonderful staff is ready to help you with all your needs!
The Staff and Management of Central Receiving and Shipping are dedicated to providing UAHuntsville with the most accurate and expedited mail, package, and freight services possible. Maintaining a nucleus of highly trained and experienced personnel has been the key to our success. We continually seek new methods to streamline mail processing and delivery, and we incorporate technological developments and organizational skills to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency. Standard Mail Services Schedule:
| 11:00 am only | Mondays - Complete Campus Delivery and Pick-Up |
| 10:00 am | Tuesday through Friday - Complete Campus Delivery and Pick-Up |
| 1:00 pm | Tuesday through Friday - Partial Campus Delivery and Pick-Up |
| 2:30 pm | Monday through Friday - Pick-Up of Out-Going Mail by USPS in Mail Services |
| 4:00 pm | End-of-Day Delivery of Off-Campus Mail to USPS Accountable Mail to USPS (UAHuntsville Certified, Registered, etc.) |
