Team members should determine and recommend where policy and procedure changes are appropriate. Each Work Team is a sub-committee of the Process Team responsible to the Implementation Management Team. This team is responsible for recommending all rules and validation tables to the Process Team. The leader of a Work Team is a member of the Area Coordination Team and will be accountable to the Process Team. Work Team members are accountable to the leader of their Work Team. Members of the Work Teams may be required to dedicate from 50% to 100% of their time to this project.
