Work Teams
The Work Teams are established, as needed, to perform specific activities
in the implementation plan. The members of the Work Team are responsible
for providing information to the Process Team and assisting them in making
decisions, as well as recommending overall solutions.
Team members should determine and recommend where policy and procedure changes are appropriate. Each Work Team is a sub-committee of the Process Team responsible to the Implementation Management Team. This team is responsible for recommending all rules and validation tables to the Process Team.
The leader of a Work Team is a member of the Area Coordination Team and will be accountable to the Process Team. Work Team members are accountable to the leader of their Work Team.
Members of the Work Teams may be required to dedicate from 50% to 100% of their time to this project.
The Work Team will:
- Complete an operations analysis including workflow, input forms, output forms and reports
- Design and test user procedures for their area
- Develop policies and procedures manuals in accordance with the standards defined by the Implementation Management Team
- Assist in the definition and design of the conversion plan and strategy
- Validate converted data owned by their areas.
