Project Oversight
The
Project Oversight Committee is the executive committee that will provide
leadership at the administrative level for the implementation of the
SCT Banner ® Solution at UAH. The Project Oversight Committee will
make institutional policy decisions as necessary to ensure the success
of the project.
The Project Oversight Committee will meet on an as needed basis but not less than once a quarter.
The Project Oversight Committee will:
- Make policy decisions
- Expedite decisions and issue directives
- Approve priorities established by the Implementation Management Team
- Approve allocation of resources and budget
- Garner project support from their divisions
