Committed

Committed is a Grammy-nominated a cappella singing group best known for winning NBC's hit show "The Sing Off." The group began in 2003 at Forest Lake Academy and solidified their sound while at school at Oakwood University in Huntsville, Ala. Called one of the nation’s top 10 a cappella groups, Committed is now highly sought after for events around the U.S. and overseas.


Huntsville Symphony Orchestra

Long considered the region’s premiere performing arts group, the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra has set the standard in North Alabama for artistic quality, community support, and service through education. For over five decades, the HSO’s acclaimed concerts and award-winning education programs have inspired performers, audiences, children, benefactors, and the entire community.


Huntsville Community Chorus

The Huntsville Community Chorus Association (HCCA), established in 1946 and incorporated as a non-profit all-volunteer community choral organization, is Huntsville's longest-continuing performing arts group. The HCCA strives to offer the best in choral music and musical theater through various groups: the Symphonic Chorus, the Chamber Chorale, the Children’s Chorale, the Youth Chorale, and other ensembles that perform throughout the year.

U.S. Army Materiel Command Band

The AMC Band proudly serves the soldiers and civilians of the U.S. Army Materiel Command stationed at more than 140 locations worldwide. The band and its Music Performance Teams travel extensively throughout the country and overseas supporting 30 installations, 26 major tenants, seven Army Field Support Brigades, 10 subordinate commands, and four separate reporting activities within the AMC enterprise.


Mayor Battle reads 'Twas the Night Before Christmas

Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle returns this year for an entertaining reading of the classic children's book 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. Mayor Battle was first elected in 2008 and is currently in his third term. He previously served on the Huntsville City Council and, in college, as an elected executive of the Student Government Association.
