Campus Email System Forms

Campus Email System accounts are available free of charge upon request to all UAHuntsville faculty and staff.

Access to Banner administrative systems is closely controlled, and training is required before access is granted. UAHuntsville's Banner system is made up of the following modules:  Finance, which includes Purchasing; Inventory Control and Budgets; Financial Aid; Human Resource; and Student.  Access to each module is approved and controlled by the appropriate university department responsible for each module. 

Banner Student Module Accounts

Account request and training for the Banner Student module is coordinated through the UAHuntsville Enrollment Services. You must attend user training, which includes Family Education and Right to Privacy Act (FERPA) training, before you will be permitted to access the Student module. Training for this module is scheduled and announced via the UAHuntsville Class Registration Server.

New part-time faculty members need to attend the class entitled Banner Self-Service for Faculty and Advisors. Staff assistants who were recently hired by an academic department should check with their supervisor to see if they also need to attend one of these classes.

Banner Purchasing Application

Account requests and training for the Banner Purchasing application are coordinated through the Business Services department.  You must attend user training, which includes FERPA training, before you will be permitted to access the Purchasing applications.   Training for this module is scheduled and announced via the Class Registration Server Click here for more information in order to access that site. 

Note: UAHuntsville Employees, who prepare or approve requisitions should look for classes entitled either "Banner Purchasing Entry and Approval" or "Purchasing Approval in Self Service Banner" depending on the role of the employee in the purchasing process.  Questions pertaining to the Purchasing Application should be addressed to Ms. Keshia Askew or Mr. Terrence Haley of the Business Services department.

Banner Finance Module

Account requests and training for online budget statements are coordinated by the Office of Budgets and Management Information. Contact Mr. Johnny Johnson, Ms. Candace Horch or Mr. Chih Loo for more information. Training for Budget Development in Banner is by invitation only. You will be contacted by the Office of Budgets and Management Information if you are required to undertake the training.

Campus Network Forms

Request for Campus Network Access: To connect a UAHuntsville departmental computer to the Campus Wired Network, complete and return the Campus Network Access Request Form to the TAG Help Desk.

Request Additional Network Drops (Departmental Use Only): Fill out and submit this form to the TAG Help Desk to request installation and activation of a new network drop for a lab or faculty/staff office. Please note that a completed budget transfer request must be submitted with this form before the installation can be scheduled.

Campus Information System (info.uah.edu) Forms

The Campus Information System (info.uah.edu) hosts the UAHuntsville Home Page and other campus related websites. Accounts are available free of charge but are limited to individuals who work on university-sponsored websites. Examples include: departmental websites, websites for university colleges, and UAHuntsville sponsored student organizations. Individuals interested in requesting accounts should email the UAHuntsville Web Team at webmaster@uah.edu to discuss the purpose of their website and to identify the primary contact for the site.

The Campus Calendar Server (Oracle / Netscape Calendar Server) calendar.uah.edu is an online calendar service available to UAHuntsville faculty and staff.
