Welcome to the Home of the Technical Assistance Group!
The Technical Assistance Group (TAG) is the successor to the Computer & Network Services Help Desk. Our mission is to provide computer and network support to the UAHuntsville community.
The TAG website features guides to the various internet resources available through the university's computer network, information on services offered by TAG, and tips on solving the most frequently experienced problems brought to the TAG Help Desk.

Directions to the TAG Help Desk & Offices
The TAG Help Desk and offices are located inside the M. Louis Salmon Library on Holmes Avenue.

After entering the library through the main entrance, walk through the lobby and past the Information Arcade. The TAG Help Desk shares the long counter in the space between the ramps leading up to the Common Area/Coffee Shop with the Reference Department.
Hours of Operation
The TAG Help Desk is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
