Who are we?
The Technical Services Group is here
to assist you the faculty, staff and students of the UAHuntsville
community. We provide help for computer related problems and
questions, assistance with any of the services provided by the
UAHuntsville Computer & Network Services department and technical
support for just about any problem you might be experiencing with your
laptop or desktop computer system.
What happened to the Computer & Network Services Help Desk?
Basically we are the same
organization but we changed our name for one that is more descriptive of
the actual support we provide.
What are your Hours of Operation?
We are open
Monday-Friday - 8:00am-6:00pm for now, but we anticipate expanding
our hours quite significantly in the coming months.
Where are you located?
Back in January of 2008 we relocated
our offices to the Salmon Library. This location is central to the
campus and within walking distance of most of our Housing complexes.
Our offices are located just off the main lobby of the Library at the
"Reference Desk", which is just behind the Information Arcade.
