Human Resources contributes to the University’s mission through the origination and implementation of programs which focus on the effective management, motivation, and development of people. Specifically, the Human Resources Department is accountable for achieving its mission goals through the following functional units: staff recruitment and employment, affirmative action/EEO compliance, training, salary and wage administration, employee relations, faculty and staff benefits administration, and human resources information systems. All Human Resources staff members are committed, both individually and collectively, to providing a high level of customer service to a broad range of internal and external clientele.
