For those employees who did not enroll in the VSP Vision Insurance program, a discount program through Family Vision Center is available. Family Vision Center offers five locations to choose from in Huntsville, Madison, Athens, and Hazel Green. A brochure with pricing information is available in the Benefits Office.

This program is available to all full-time faculty and staff. You DO NOT have to participate in the UAH health or dental insurance to participate in this program. Employees DO NOT pay a monthly premium for the discounted eyewear benefit at the above mentioned locations. You simply pay the applicable co-payment or discounted rate at the time services are rendered.
