Welcome to the UAH Employee Benefits Page. UAH provides a well-balanced employee benefit program and includes a range of benefits that are often as important to employees as their basic earnings. All of these programs are structured and administered to comply with federal, state and local laws and University policies. The Benefits Office is committed to providing a high level of customer service. The information provides summary descriptions of the benefits available. At all times the "master contract" is the prevailing authority. Fringe Benefits are a matter of University policy and are subject to change as deemed necessary by the University. Individual and group counseling are available. Please call 824-6640 or come by room 102 of Shelbie King Hall located at 188 Sparkman Drive to arrange a counseling session.
