Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance is also provided by MetLife. Premiums are paid by the University and coverage is for $22,500. This benefit reduces to $6,000 at retirement if chosen.

Conversion: At termination of employment you may NOT convert this policy to an individual AD&D policy.

The Voluntary AD&D program provides access to the services of Worldwide Travel Assistance. This service provides worldwide access to emergency medical assistance when traveling more than 100 miles from home. Services include medical evacuation, repatriation, referrals to physicians, as well as other medical, personal, and informative services when traveling anywhere in the world.
