Please share this information with your division as needed. •06/25/08- Effective July 1, 2008, the mileage rate paid to persons traveling in privately owned vehicles on official business for the state will increase to 58.5 cents per mile. Please make sure that mileage submitted for travel on or after July 1, 2008 is calculated at the new rate of 58.5 cents per mile. Mileage submitted at the older rate will be corrected for the rate change. Updated Forms will be available on July 1, 2008 under the forms link of this webpage. •04/22/08- An updated miscellaneous voucher form is available under the Forms link on our main Accounting & Financial Reporting webpage.
