The Campus Architect office is located within Facilities and Operations, Physical Plant Building. The office directs and coordinates work for campus related:

• Planning
• Construction
• Renovation

Working with outside consultants, campus personnel and students, this office seeks to provide guidance to the University’s growth consistent with mission and goals of the Administration, campus master plan and established guidelines.

The Campus Master Plan was presented to and approved by the Board of Trustees during their June 2010 meeting. The master planning process provides a clear and compelling vision of a unique, attractive and functional setting for all the activities that go on here at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. To fulfill its purpose, this physical planning process must be coordinated with the university´s strategic plan and the Power of 10 Vision.
