Our Goal:
To provide and a beautiful, clean, safe, and healthy
building environment that is maintained at or above
required standards for the use and enjoyment of the
students, staff, and public. We will work to support
the University’s mission of becoming the best
research institution through learning, scholarship,
and engagement.
The custodial employees are all members of the UAHuntsville
staff and are assigned to individual campus buildings. A special projects crew is also
maintained by Custodial Services and is used
in the different buildings as needed.
The Custodial Department is responsible for cleaning
over 2.2 million sq ft. of building space.
