About Our Community Role

UAHuntsville has added new academic programs in response to needs: Master's and doctorate in modeling and simulation; master's degree in information assurance and security; master's degree in organizational psychology; master's and doctorate in aerospace engineering.

UAHuntsville's Education Department sponsors 15 programs in cooperation with local and state K-12 school systems.

UAHuntsville has created an integrated BS-MS program that can allow our best students to complete both a bachelor's and master's degree in five years.

UAHuntsville has started an innovative MBA program for delivery in China, in Chinese.

UAHuntsville travel to Panama each summer for an eight-week study program this summer, working toward promoting sustainable development and interdisciplinary research in Latin America and the Caribbean. This program is the first step in creating a long-term cooperative relationship between UAHuntsville and environmental and scientific institutions in Central America.

UAHuntsville has signed a cooperative agreement with the University of Rostock in Germany to improve interaction in science, education and culture.
