Spencer Cole

Spencer Cole is a graduate student specializing in optics at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He is currently finishing a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and he has passed the Preliminary Exam in his doctorate work. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in 1996 where he graduated summa cum laude. His research interests include thin-disk optical amplifiers. He designed one of these and analyzed it by writing ASAP code to simulate its performance.
