Experience: 4th season. 2006: Kristin played in 29 games, had 10 kills, five assists, 22 digs and eight blocks. Academically, Kristin was a member of the GSC Honor Roll and UAH Athletics Silver Scholar. 2005: Kristin played in 17 games as a reserve. She had 14 kills and 21 digs. Off the court, Kristin was a member of the GSC Academic Honor Roll and a UAH Athletics Silver Scholar. She was also a member of the Dean’s List during the fall semester. 2004: Kristin saw limited action in her first season. She played in 14 games, grabbing 13 digs and six aces. Off the court, Kristin was a UAH Athletics Bronze Scholar. Prep: Kristin lettered in both volleyball and track at Brewer High. In volleyball, she was Honorable Mention All-State in 2002 and 2003. She also claimed several All-Tournament team awards. In 2003, Kristin was named Decatur Daily Player of the Year. She averaged 3.75 kills and 3.2 digs per game. In 2003, Kristin earned multiple scholastic achievement awards including the U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar-Athlete, English 102, Environmental Science and Huntsville Times Scholar-Athlete of the Week Awards. She was a member of the National Honor Society and earned a place on the A/B Honor Roll in every semester. She earned a Presidential Scholarship to UAH.
