It looked for the first two games like the visiting Railsplitters would continue a nightmarish weekend for the Lady Chargers, who were swept by both No. 14 Central Missouri State and Henderson State on Saturday. LMU won the first two games 30-20 and 30-26. However, the Lady Chargers caught fire in the third game smacking home 19 kills to only seven for LMU. The two teams exchanged blows in the final game. The game was tied at 11-all when the Lady Chargers put the match away with a 4-1 finish.
