The Lady Charger track team blew away the rest of the field at the Sewanee Indoor Invitational on Saturday. The Lady Chargers took first place with 101 points. The closest competitor to UAH was Trinity University with 59 points and Mars Hill with 57 points in third place.
Individually, Lesley Davis won the 800 meter run with a time of 2:26.66. Easter Grant and LaMardra Moore finished second and third in the 200 meter dash. Moore also won the long jump with a distance of 5.22 meters, while Lauren Bussey finished first in the high jump with a height of 1.57 meters.
