"Under the Bucket" Week 9

Are the floors dirty in Huntsville? Because there has been another Charger sweep.

Last weekend the Charger Blue took on the Robert “Bobby Mo” Morris Colonials. Friday night's game was a tight, hard-fought battle that ended up 3-1 for UAH. On the next night the Colonials didn’t know what hit them when 'dem chargers struck for eight goals while RMU was only able slip one past Scott “you can't score on me” Munroe. This was the Chargers' second consecutive sweep and right now they are focused on the next task at hand, which is playing the Niagara Purple Eagles for sole possession of first place in the CHA.

Some players had a breakout weekend, like Bruce “hat trick” Mulherin who tallied his 3rd career ‘hat trick’ in Saturday night’s game giving him eight points for the weekend. Chris “The Italian Job” Martini also put together a solid weekend performance rounding up five points, giving him ten on the year. The Boys are playing well and are riding high but they know it is going to be a challenging road ahead with 12 conference games still left on the schedule.
