CHA Tournament field is set

The 2001 College Hockey America tourament begins on Thursday night at the Von Braun Center. The first game features the fourth and fifth seeds in the tournament facing off at 7:05 p.m.

No. 4 Findlay (10-14-2, 8-10-2) faces No. 5 Air Force (15-15-4, 6-9-4) in game one. The winner faces regular season champion and top seeded UAH (20-11-1, 15-4-1) on Friday night at 7:05 p.m. The No. 2 seed and defending CHA champion Niagara (13-18-5, 10-7-3) plays No. 3 Wayne State (16-14-3, 8-9-3) in the first game on Friday at 4:05 p.m.

The consolation game will be played on Saturday at 4:05 p.m. It will be followed by the CHA Championship Game at 7:05 p.m.

Tickets for the tournament are $40 for the All Tournament package. For Thursday night, the prices are $8 for reserved seats and $6 for general admission. On Friday, only two-game tickets are available at $18 and $15. Saturday, the two-game package is $20 and $17. Championship game only tickets are $15 and $12.
