Spragins Hall has been host to the UAH Men's and Women's basketball and volleyball teams since 1977. It features a 2,250 seat gymnasium, three racquetball courts, and a state-of-the-art weight room and training facility.
In 2003, Spragins Hall underwent renovation allowing the Chargers to add several coaches offices including space for assistants and meeting space for each team. This also allows a quiet place for student-athletes to focus on their studies. Included in the renovation was moving the weight room and expanding the training facilities.
Spragins Hall is also host to UAH summer sports camps, major events and conventions, and student-centered events such as concerts.
