The UAH Salmon Library subscribes to numerous databases providing full-text access to scholarly journals. You can access these from off campus (requires a login) at the Library home page, http://www.uah.edu/library/ (click on Online Databases on the top navigation bar).
You can also browse whole issues of the major journals in technical communication from the Library Website from the Journals page http://lib.uah.edu/journals/index.html . Typing "technical communication" in the search window will bring up all of the relevant journals (and some irrelevant). The main ones are described on my Key Journals page. On the Library Web, the databases that index each journal are listed below each one. Some databases provide easier access to full text than others. For example, Technical Communication is mostly easily browsed through the Gale Group Professional Collection. If you already know the date of a special issue
